Kale Chips

  • 1 bunch kale

  • 2 tbsp rice bran or macadamia oil

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

 

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Cut or tear leaves away from tough stems and into bite size pieces. Wash in cold water and dry thoroughly in either a salad spinner or with paper towel.

Place kale pieces on tray, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with seasoning before placing into the oven for 15 minutes. The leaves will become browned and very crispy.

Store in an airtight container.
