muesli slice

  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup almond butter

  • ½ cup raisins

  • ½ cup cranberries

  • ½ cup orange juice

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 2 tablespoons almond meal

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 eggs

Preheat oven to 180C. Line a square pan with baking paper.

In a large bowl mix together oats, almond butter, raisins, cranberries, orange juice, honey, nutmeg, almond meal, salt and eggs. Once combined press firmly into your lined pan.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
