Germaphobes beware, this workshop involves getting your hands dirty making your very own kim-chi and kombucha. All the ingredients and equipment will be provided for making your very own fermented veggies and kombucha drink. You'll have lots of fermented goodies to take home including your very own scoby. 

All recipes & instructions are provided as well as lots of fun hands on fermenting fun.
