In this hands-on workshop with nutritionist Angela O’Toole from The Art Of Eating, you’ll learn a simple and achievable way to make healthy sourdough bread at home, with very little time investment.

Sourdough Basics is designed for beginners, so even if you aren't a baker you will learn a simple and achievable way to make delicious 'no knead' sourdough bread at home. Learn the history of this ancient form of bread making, how to make you own starter culture and care for it to keep it happy and healthy for years to come. Recipes and instructions are included as well as a a sourdough starter kit and a range of tasty loaves for you to try.  

Even if you've never baked before join in for an easy introduction to a life long love of sourdough baking.
