Germaphobes beware, this workshop involves getting your hands dirty making your very own kraut-chi (that’s sauerkraut AND kim-chi) kombucha and kefir drinks. Includes take home hand-made fermented foods, kefir grains, kombucha scoby, recipes and instructions and lots of fun hands-on fermenting fun.
